Business Analyst / Product Owner
We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner to join a team building modern AI-powered software solutions.

You will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and guide teams in harnessing AI technologies to drive faster, smarter software delivery.

Essential functions
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Work closely with Claude AI agents to accelerate development workflows
- Create and manage Jira stories with sufficient technical context
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, UX)
- Help implement AI-driven automation across the product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical product management or business analysis
- Experience with AI tools, particularly Claude or similar LLM platforms
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience with Jira and agile methodologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation concepts
- Upper-intermediate (B2 ) English skills
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience building or working with AI agents and skills
- Knowledge of modern software architecture (microservices, API-first design)
- Background in technical writing or documentation
