Scrum Master
We are looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across software teams by enabling effective ceremonies, improving delivery visibility, and strengthening team ways of working. You’ll leverage your knowledge of scaled Agile and modern AI productivity tools to drive continuous improvement and optimize delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and reviews
- Coach cross-functional software teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean and XP practices
- Build and maintain dashboards to track team performance and improve delivery visibility
- Leverage AI and LLM-based productivity tools to optimize Agile workflows
- Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions to maintain focus
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritize work effectively
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous improvement
- Support the scaling of Agile practices across multiple teams using SAFe principles
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading software delivery teams within enterprise IT environments
- Certified Scrum Master credential such as CSM, PSM I/II or equivalent certification
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, prompt engineering or LLM-based productivity approaches to improve outcomes
- Expertise in Agile metrics and delivery dashboard creation
- Proficiency with ALM tools like Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of OKR frameworks and PI Objective alignment
- Clear communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
Nice to have
- SAFe certifications such as SSM, SA or SASM
- Solid foundation in scaling Agile practices across distributed teams
