Back-End Developer (.NET)

We are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer with strong expertise in .NET to join our team. In this position, you will help create scalable and high-performing back-end solutions that power critical business processes. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will deliver dependable, maintainable, and modern applications built on the principles of technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Craft and develop back-end services and components leveraging .NET technologies
• Create and maintain scalable REST APIs to address a variety of business and integration needs
• Partner with front-end, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver complete end-to-end solutions
• Review functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability across diverse environments
• Take part in code reviews to uphold high code quality and share expertise with the team
• Engage in architectural discussions and suggest improvements for existing solutions
• Diagnose and fix technical issues across development, testing, and production environments
• Continuously refine development practices by adopting modern tools, patterns, and standards

Requirements

• No less than 3 years of applicable professional experience in back-end development or a related field
• Practical background in building REST API services using .NET Core
• Hands-on experience working with Entity Framework and LINQ for data access and manipulation
• Strong command of relational databases, particularly SQL Server, for structuring and tuning data models
• Background in creating unit tests to safeguard code quality and reliability
• Confident application of coding best practices to produce clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• English at a B2 level or higher, supported by strong written and verbal communication skills

• Background in projects based on agile frameworks for iterative and collaborative software delivery
