We are currently looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to make the team even stronger.
To succeed in this role, you should have a very good attention to detail, ease of learning, and accuracy in every task performed. The ability to work in a dynamic environment and communicate at different levels within the organization would be a great success factor. This is a hybrid job in Katowice.
Responsibilities
- Deliver operational support in one of the main People Operations areas: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignment determined by business priorities
- Address and resolve employee inquiries using a ticketing system, ensuring responses are timely and accurate
- Maintain and update employee information in internal and external HR and payroll platforms, focusing on precision and compliance
- Assist in ensuring HR documentation and procedures align with internal standards and legal regulations
- Contribute to the creation of reports and summaries for operational or compliance purposes
- Work with the People Team to refine processes, improve employee experience, and support team initiatives
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail in all tasks
- Good command of English at B2 level
- Proficiency in Polish language
- Proactive attitude, positive outlook, and ability to work collaboratively
- Experience working in a multicultural setting is advantageous
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
