About the Position
We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter who will support the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. You will work with internal stakeholders, identify and engage relevant candidates, and ensure a smooth and transparent hiring process across multiple positions.
The role focuses on end to end recruitment activities, close collaboration with hiring managers, and proactive talent sourcing across international markets.
About the Team
You will be part of an international recruitment team working closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and delivery teams. Collaboration is primarily remote, with frequent communication via email and online meeting tools.
Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant candidates within target companies and professional communities
- Engage candidates through direct outreach and ongoing communication
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous sourcing activities
- Review resumes and online profiles to perform initial candidate screening
- Conduct initial interviews and share structured feedback with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up to date information in the recruitment tracking system
- Monitor labor market trends and provide insights on talent availability and hiring conditions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and recruitment priorities
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
- Conduct interviews and share structured feedback with hiring managers
- Upper-intermediate level of English and Polish languages
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an international or distributed team environment
- Familiarity with market research and recruitment analytics
- Experience with employer branding or candidate engagement initiatives
