AI Consultant

We are hiring an AI Consultant to scale Generative AI SDLC tooling and developer productivity across a global restaurant and brand operator. You will implement, tune, and expand AI-driven workflows for delivery, design reviews, and automated code generation while meeting enterprise security needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the approach to embed AI-driven development, code review, and documentation tools into the existing engineering toolchain
• Run discovery workshops and capability assessments to pinpoint engineering bottlenecks and shape tailored AI-assisted SDLC workflows
• Set governance models, security guidance, and compliance guardrails for Generative AI in software development, including proprietary code handling, IP protection, and vulnerability scanning
• Coach engineering squads and lead enablement sessions on prompt engineering best practices, secure coding with AI, and automated pull-request workflows
• Balance rapid developer productivity improvements with enterprise security, data privacy, and intellectual property constraints
• Address developer pushback by applying change management, hands-on enablement, and clear measurement of delivered value
• Partner with cross-functional engineering, DevOps, and delivery squads alongside client tech leaders, software engineers, and global architecture teams
• Travel occasionally for workshops, alignment sessions, and technical enablement with client leadership

Requirements

• Proven 3+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or technical consulting focused on developer tooling, CI/CD automation, and modern engineering practices
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI tools for software development such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, and Cursor
• Solid understanding of LLM integration patterns and modern SDLC approaches including CI/CD and DevOps
• Well-rounded software engineering background across full-stack or backend development plus automated testing
• Demonstrated experience deploying and scaling AI-assisted development tools in enterprise environments
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and automated PR review frameworks
• Advanced or Intermediate B2 level of English (B2)

• Professional or Native fluency in Spanish
• Certifications in Cloud Platforms (AWS), Agile/DevOps practices, or relevant AI/ML technologies
• Experience working within retail, e-commerce, or QSR engineering ecosystems
