We are looking for experienced and highly skilled 3D Character Artists who are striving to make stylized characters and work on the best game projects and are not afraid to challenge their skills.
Requirements
- High-poly sculpt in Zbrush;
- SubD modeling in Max / Maya;
- Character topology for animation;
- Cloth simulation in Marvelous Designer;
- Excellent knowledge of anatomy;
- Texturing in Substance Painter;
- Ability to create UV mapping and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.);
- Work experience in the role of Project Lead;
- High standards of work quality and artistic taste;
- The ability to objectively evaluate the work of others and give constructive feedback;
- Teamwork skills.
Would be a plus
- Work experience with game engines;
- Drawing skills;
- Good understanding of the rigging and animation process;
- Intermediate English level and above.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects in stylized character direction;
- Execute quality control of the work of artists in the team;
- Assist and solve problems in the team that are related to the artistic and technical side of the project;
- Organize the work of the team within the project and specific tasks;
- Create technical specifications and guides;
- Create high-poly and low-poly models of stylized characters for games on given concepts;
- Create optimal UV mapping and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.);
- Work with stylized texturing.
