3D Senior Unity Gameplay Programmer (MW)

Our candidate should have:

• 4+ years of Unity development experience on 3D mobile projects (shooter/RPG/action/real-time MMO);
• Experience with Photon (PUN2/Fusion).
• Excellent knowledge of C# and Unity, confident working with Git.
• Experience in a large team on a global, high-load project.
• Self-discipline, responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.

Your key responsibilities:

• Development and optimization of game mechanics related to multiplayer;
• Implementation of features from scratch according to the GDD, client optimization;
• Integration and support of SDKs and meta-systems (monetization, analytics, payments).

Would be a plus:

• Skills in rendering and shader writing;
• Configuring a CI/CD pipeline;
• Experience writing custom plugins.
