We’re looking for a 3D Generalist to independently create polished location visuals for a mobile game, translating design documentation and references into complete Unity scenes—from modeling and texturing assets to setting up materials, lighting, and final in-engine composition.

- Create low-poly and stylized game assets from scratch in Blender;
- Build and assemble game locations in Unity;
- Set up and fine-tune materials, lighting, and shadows in Unity using URP;
- Maintain consistency with the game’s visual style;
- Integrate assets into the project and configure prefabs;
- Improve, polish, and iterate on existing locations;
- Optimize models, textures, materials, and scenes for mobile devices.
- Strong proficiency in Blender and Unity;
- Solid understanding of mobile-platform constraints and real-time graphics optimization;
- Ability to create game-ready assets from scratch;
- Strong sense of composition, color, lighting, and form;
- Ability to work with technical specifications and visual references, while also proposing independent visual solutions;
- Ability to independently bring a scene to final production quality.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Shader Graph and VFX;
- Animation and rigging skills;
- 2D art skills and experience working with textures;
- Experience using AI tools in graphics production.
