About the Position
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Workplace Manager to oversee office operations and workplace services in our Novi Sad office. This role is responsible for creating a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment by managing facilities, administrative processes, vendor relationships, and employee workplace experience, while supporting overall office efficiency and employee well-being.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a safe, organized, and productive workplace environment.
- Coordinate facilities services, building maintenance, workplace safety, security, and office readiness activities.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, furniture, workstations, inventory, mail, and workplace amenities.
- Serve as the primary contact for building management, vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective service delivery.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, office improvements, workspace reconfigurations, and business continuity activities.
- Support procurement, vendor management, contract administration, invoicing, budgeting, and cost-control processes.
- Assist with employee experience initiatives, workplace communications, office events, and day-to-day administrative support for local leadership.
- Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in workplace management, office management, facilities management, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and external service providers.
- Experience with procurement, budgeting, or cost management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office administration tools.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
