Workday Prism Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Workday Prism Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of Workday Prism Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating external data sources into Workday, building data pipelines, and enabling advanced reporting and analytics for business stakeholders.
This role requires strong expertise in Workday Prism Analytics, data integration, and reporting, along with the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday Prism Analytics data pipelines and datasets
- Integrate external data sources into Workday using Workday Prism and Workday integration tools
- Build and optimize data models, transformations, and datasets within Prism
- Develop advanced dashboards and reports leveraging Workday reporting capabilities
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and business teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across Workday datasets
- Troubleshoot data pipeline and reporting issues within Workday Prism environments
- Collaborate with Workday functional teams to align data models with business processes
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Prism solutions
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics
- Strong understanding of Workday data architecture and reporting frameworks
- Experience building Prism datasets, pipelines, and transformations
- Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio or APIs)
- Strong experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data transformation
- Experience working with large datasets and external data sources
- Proficiency in SQL and data analytics concepts
- Experience supporting Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
