Web/Growth Designer
FitMe is a fitness app created for people who want to stay active without long, repetitive workouts. It offers short, easy-to-follow routines that can be done at home with no equipment. FitMe is perfect for busy people who want to maintain their health, boost energy levels, and feel good every day — without going to the gym or spending hours on exercise.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with growth teams to understand user needs and pain points, aiming to improve user experience and landing page conversion rates.
- Test and improve the design of the website and emails.
- Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Maintain the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
- Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
- Design sample pages, including colors and fonts.
- Designing mobile versions of websites.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in web design
- Proficiency with Figma for UI design
- Animation/motion graphics
- Good knowledge of the mobile-first approach
- Good taste and understanding of the latest web design trends
- Portfolio demonstrating web design skills (layout, composition, typography, iconography, etc.)
- Links to designed websites
Will be a plus:
- Familiarity with the architecture and constraints of native applications for all devices
- UX experience
- Experience in mobile app design
- Experience in testing product hypotheses
- Experience in growth hacking metrics
- English proficiency (intermediate or higher)
