5 or more years of experience working with video networks on midcore/hardcore projects (Applovin, Unity, IronSource, Mintegral, etc.) with $300k-$500k+ budgets
deep understanding of campaign types and events-based optimization (installs, in-app events, purchase, ad impression, etc.)
ability to work with big budgets and set up processes in the sources

developing acquisition strategies for each video network: goals, budgets, roadmaps of tests and launches
looking for ways to scale and optimize a source, forming and testing hypotheses
interacting with the production department: forming requests for creatives and feedback, testing formats and concepts
searching for new solutions: automation, scaling methods, etc.
delegating tasks and monitoring how they're performed by other UAs in the sources
making reports on testing results, holding retrospectives, and conducting quarterly planning
maintaining communication with the managers on the video networks' side, testing new features
overseeing budget execution, hitting KPIs, and achieving goals
