Gameplay Game Designer

You are our person if you have:

• work experience as a gameplay game designer
• understanding of the principles of designing game systems and balancing
• ability to analyze data and make conclusions based on statistics
• skills in working with spreadsheets
• experience with the Unity editor
• communication skills and ability to work in a team

Will come in handy:

• experience in feature ownership
• experience in scripting (C#, Lua, JSON)
• algorithmic basis

Some points on tasks:

• designing levels
• designing game mechanics
• designing enemies' and bosses' behavior
• analyzing metrics and players' behavior to improve the gameplay
• creating clear documentation
