- Experience at least 1 years with paid acquisition on Meta (priority).

- Understanding how creative and product marketing flows work and ability to impact these processes
- Expertise to analyze massive data and make correct decisions based on it
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make correct decisions
- English – Upper-Intermediate
- Create, optimize & scale advertising campaigns to maximize profit (Meta mostly) + have understanding of Tik Tok, Snapchat and other media sources peculiarities (Pinterest, Reddit etc)
- Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns using various BI tools, and optimize accordingly
- Monitor user behavior and LTV and gain insights from users data, provide regular reporting on results, share these insights with creative producers and product marketing managers
- Follow trends on the platforms, competitor’s activities and suggest ideas for implementation in creative strategy
- Keeping up to date with the latest UA strategies and technologies and suggest in improving solutions
- Generation of creative ideas together with the CP and PMM teams
- Research of the target audience within the context of performance marketing (its characteristics, interests, behavior, and pain points)
