- Experience working with funnels (or funnel optimization)
- Own the User Acquisition process within the team, including campaign launches, day-to-day management, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization
- Take a data-driven approach to analyzing campaigns, funnels, and creatives on a daily basis and develop clear “rules of engagement” for advertising campaigns
- Generate creative ideas in collaboration with SMM, PMM, and GM
- Conduct audience research from a performance marketing perspective, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points
- Organize brainstorming sessions and develop marketing hypotheses (creatives, funnels, ad campaigns) with PMM, CMM, and GM
