We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to become a key player in managing cash flows, banking relationships, and financial processes within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of payment procedures across the company’s legal entities.
- Review and approve contracts, ensuring accuracy of financial terms.
- Prepare and maintain the cash flow budget (CFB) and payment calendar, ensuring they are up to date.
- Prepare payment registers, monitor cash flow, and control all approval stages.
- Produce reports for the CFO and shareholders.
- Manage and optimize the banking portfolio, negotiating favorable terms for products and services.
- Invest temporarily available funds.
- Develop, implement, and update treasury policies and processes.
- Participate in the preparation of management reporting across all legal entities (from P&L to Cash Flow).
- Actively contribute to projects aimed at optimizing and automating internal business processes, including the implementation of new accounting and control tools.
- Collaborate with accountants across all group companies on accounting and taxation matters, including audit preparation.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in treasury, financial controlling, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management principles, banking products, and payment processes.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing cash flow budgets (CFB), Cash Flow, and P&L statements.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax fundamentals.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with 1C (or similar ERP systems); familiarity with automation tools for accounting and treasury processes is a plus.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
