Assessing the effectiveness of and improving the Total Rewards programs and C&B areas in all the company's locations;
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance corporate benefits and employee motivation;
Administering processes related to voluntary health insurance, conducting benchmarks, monitoring trends in the field of VHI in the countries where the company operates;
Implementing projects regarding remuneration and compensation;
Participating in tenders to choose suppliers for the provision of benefits;
Working with suppliers, maintaining documentation on benefits (payment of bills, renewal of contracts);
Preparing data for the budget, carrying out analysis of planned and factual indicators;
Automating and optimizing C&B processes;
Conducting internal (with employees) and external (with contractors) communications on benefit issues.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in the field of compensation and benefits management in companies with transparent and well-structured processes (preferably IT);
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher;
Strong communication skills (written and oral);
Expertise in working with international Total Rewards and C&B projects;
Ability to prioritize and maintain personal effectiveness while multitasking.
