Technical Facility Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Facility Manager to take full ownership of the seamless operation, maintenance, and strategic development of our technical infrastructure. In this role, you will be the driving force behind infrastructure reliability, ensuring that all systems - from HVAC to power grids - operate at peak efficiency across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch of new locations, system modernizations, and large-scale reconstruction projects (managing CAPEX/OPEX).
- Coordinate and mentor local technical maintenance teams, ensuring alignment with global operational goals.
- Develop and implement global technical standards, maintenance procedures, and performance KPIs.
- Oversee both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Plan and manage the technical infrastructure budget, focusing on cost optimization and energy efficiency.
- Manage third-party contractors and suppliers, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and high service quality.
- Analyze technical risks, manage incidents, and ensure business continuity (BCP) across all facilities.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of proven experience in technical facility management or infrastructure management within industrial or large-scale commercial environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure across geographically distributed locations.
- Deep knowledge of HVAC, power supply systems, BMS, fire safety, and other critical engineering systems.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Strong people management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Solid understanding of technical safety regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards.
- Polish and English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
