A flagship banking project on the Boomi platform typically involves modernizing legacy systems for high-stakes compliance.
Functions Domain develops and maintains IT systems for HR, Tax and Audit Reporting. Platform is also responsible for maintaining the applications related to finance , employee lifecycle, CRP Processes and multiple reporting solutions. International Client Audit Reporting tool aims to provide a global long-term solution to create standardized audit reports for clients thereby reducing the operational costs and improving efficiency
Responsibilities
- The Senior Boomi Techno Functional Business Analyst serves as the bridge between the business and the integration delivery team. By understanding both HR domain processes and Boomi’s integration capabilities, you will translate business driven data movement requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and validate that the resulting Boomi solutions meet functional, performance, and compliance expectations. This role enables smooth migration of legacy HR systems to cloud based SaaS platforms and supports the organization’s broader digital transformation agenda.
SKILLS
Must have
- 7- 9 years of experience in business analysis / functional consulting,
with at least 3 years of hands on Boomi integration work (designing, documenting, or testing Boomi processes).
- Strong understanding of HR systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM Cloud,
SuccessFactors) and related data structures.
- Ability to read/write Boomi process specifications, data maps, connector
configurations.
- Familiarity with Boomi API Management, EDI, event driven patterns,
and error handling strategies.
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and supporting UAT for integration projects.
