Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of API-driven solutions.

In this role, you will help define backend specifications, support AI integration initiatives, and collaborate on specific product modules under the guidance of senior team members.

This position requires solid technical knowledge, hands-on experience with modern tools and technologies, and a collaborative mindset to help align business goals with technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Document technical specifications for backend systems and APIs (REST) using JSON and XML
• Contribute to product module analysis and support development teams with clear requirements
• Participate in web application design discussions to help ensure technical feasibility
• Analyze databases and write SQL queries to support requirements gathering and validation
• Apply AI tools to improve business analysis processes and assist in designing AI-driven features
• Support communication between stakeholders, development teams, and product owners

Requirements

• 2+ years as a System Analyst or similar role, preferably in Insurance, Healthcare, Financial, or Banking domains
• Practical experience with API technologies (REST) and backend specifications (JSON, XML)
• Good knowledge of database concepts and SQL query writing
• Understanding of web application design principles
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and hands-on experience with AI tools
• Awareness of agentic AI approaches and interest in AI implementation projects
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
