5+ years of frontend development experience Experience working in an Agile/Kanban environment Strong working knowledge of React and its ecosystem (state management, hooks, etc.) Solid understanding of backend components such as caches, networks, load balancers, and CDNs Ability to develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications Fluent English (B2+ level) with strong communication skills Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or other large-scale agile frameworks Automation testing experience using Playwright or Cypress Exposure to key-value and document databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB) Team leadership or management experience is a plus, could accept candidates without management experience
