Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development process by providing detailed feedback and reviewing milestones;
• Analyze competitors and research potential audiences;
• Develop and implement marketing strategies;
• Create marketing assets;
• Collaborate with influencers and press;
• Take part in online and offline showcases;
• Communicate with players in socials.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at Advanced level or higher (mandatory);
• Extensive gaming experience in genres such as Roguelike, RPG, Survival, and Turn-based Strategy — please include a link to your active Steam profile;
• Ability to articulate ideas effectively and develop well-structured task specifications
• Independence in setting and executing tasks.

Nice to have:

• Experience and interest in game design
• Openness to new approaches and ideas
• Experience with graphic and video editing software
• Experience with project task management tools
• Experience in managing game projects, with a background in product management or marketing/advertising
