About the Position
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Staffing Partner / Resource Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end staffing and resourcing processes for our IT projects, working closely with Resource Management team, hiring managers, project leads, and the wider HR and Recruitment teams to ensure the right talent is sourced, hired, and allocated efficiently — including across multiple countries and markets.
As a Staffing Partner / Resource Manager, you will combine recruitment expertise with resource planning: identifying staffing needs, managing candidate pipelines, and optimizing the allocation of specialists across projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and project leads to define staffing needs
- Gather and clarify detailed position requirements from hiring managers and project stakeholders, including must-have skills, seniority level, and project context
- Select and match suitable candidates for open positions from both the internal bench and the external recruitment pipeline
- Monitor bench and resource availability, matching specialists to project needs and staffing forecasts
- Track staffing and resourcing metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements in recruitment and resource management workflows
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a recruiter in the IT industry, with a strong track record of closing technical roles
- Proven experience hiring across multiple countries/regions
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken, sufficient for daily communication with international stakeholders and candidates
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage Staffing discussions and align expectations between hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of resource management principles and experience coordinating staffing across multiple projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
