Responsibilities
- Control worked-hours reports and validate timesheet data accuracy
- Track staffing and administrative processes and follow up on pending actions
- Coordinate interview logistics, scheduling, and communications with stakeholders
- Maintain constant communication with leaders and providers to align on needs and timelines
- Request, receive, and send resumes while ensuring proper handling and routing
- Prepare and organize documentation such as surveys, templates, forms, and meeting minutes
- Perform general administrative tasks to support staffing operations and reporting
- Use Excel and Outlook to manage reporting, communication, and task tracking
- Update and manage records in Clarity and SharePoint to ensure documentation is current
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in staffing, administrative control, and workforce management tasks
- Consultancy experience supporting internal teams and external providers
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with leaders and providers
- Project coordination skills for interview scheduling and logistics
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data tracking
- Strong administrative organization skills for documentation, minutes, and forms
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
