Solution Architect with French

We're looking for a Solution Architect to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will lead solution design and onboarding streams, creating tailored architectures for complex systems. You will leverage deep technical expertise to develop scalable, high-performing, and secure solutions that enable successful delivery of digital initiatives. This is an opportunity to influence key technology decisions and ensure architectural integrity on strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the solution architecture for onboarding and system design initiatives
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical architecture and integration strategies
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, security and compliance standards across all layers
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to validate design feasibility and timelines
• Provide architectural governance and guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Perform risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for system architecture plans
• Document solution designs and maintain architectural standards and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise-grade projects
• Strong understanding of architecture principles, frameworks, and design best practices
• Expertise in iterative delivery approaches and Agile methodologies
• Solid knowledge of integration patterns, security principles and cloud environments
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to incorporate user experience considerations into solution design

Nice to have

• Experience in developing solutions for digital media, streaming platforms or similar ecosystems
• Exposure to onboarding processes for large-scale digital product deliveries
• Familiarity with tools for user feedback analysis and UX evaluation practices
