Solution Architect

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join the digital transformation journey of a leading restaurant and brand experience operator in Latin America and Europe. In this role, you will own the end-to-end technical vision, solution architecture, and implementation planning for a unified global digital ecosystem, encompassing loyalty platforms, mobile commerce, digital payments, and cloud-native integrations designed to unlock over $35M+ in annual value.

You will lead and mentor multi-geo, cross-functional engineering, architecture, and DevOps squads, collaborating directly with enterprise architects and global technology stakeholders in a hybrid work setup with occasional strategic business trips for executive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define the target-state architecture that unifies international markets while integrating with legacy systems
• Evaluate available technologies, vendor products, and cloud services to select and design the optimal tech stack for loyalty, payments, and commerce modules
• Author comprehensive Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), high-level designs, API contracts, and non-functional requirements covering security, scalability, and performance
• Develop detailed technical implementation roadmaps, milestone plans, and phased migration strategies to minimize business disruption during rollout
• Partner closely with product management, delivery leads, and client stakeholders to align architectural decisions with business goals and budgetary constraints
• Establish engineering governance, code review standards, and architectural guardrails across all development squads
• Drive comprehensive technical implementation plans to ensure full realization of project business value
• Mentor multi-geo, cross-functional engineering, architecture, and DevOps squads

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture, with deep expertise in Cloud-Native Microservices on AWS and distributed systems
• Familiarity with Loyalty Management Systems and Payment Gateways
• Familiarity with Data Platforms such as Databricks
• Understanding of modern security and compliance frameworks, including OAuth and PCI-DSS
• Proficiency in authoring Solution Architecture Documents, high-level designs, and API contracts
• Skills in defining non-functional requirements related to security, scalability, and performance
• Experience leading multi-geo, cross-functional engineering and DevOps teams
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
