Software Engineer
About the Position
We are looking for Software Engineers with a strong focus on test automation to help scale and mature automated testing across our product suite. This role is centered on building robust automation frameworks and improving overall engineering quality, system reliability, and release confidence. You will work closely with engineering teams to embed testing into development workflows and enable fast, reliable delivery through high-quality automated test coverage.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate the rollout of automated testing across the product suite
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
- Establish best practices for test environments and test data management
- Improve test coverage to reduce release risks and minimize the impact of code freezes
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate testing into development workflows
- Enable fast, efficient, and maintainable creation of automated tests
Requirements
- Strong programming skills (preferably C# / .NET or similar languages)
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to analyze codebases and identify gaps in test coverage
- Experience working with LLM-based productivity tools (e.g. Copilot, CLI-based AI tools)
Nice to Have
- Experience with frontend test automation (e.g. React-based applications)
- Experience testing microservices and APIs
- Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch
