ServiceNow Architect
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team and drive complex enterprise initiatives within a fast-paced professional services environment. In this role, you will lead architecture and design efforts across large-scale programs, leveraging your deep industry expertise and consulting background to deliver impactful customer solutions while harnessing AI to optimize workflows and inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design across large, complex programs
- Drive complex issues through structured analysis and resolution
- Run programs independently within a fast-paced environment
- Relay complex information to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical
- Leverage AI to optimize workflows, tailor customer solutions and inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience as part of a professional services organization, or equivalent education/experience
- Background in management consulting
- Expertise in leading architecture and design for large programs
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture
- Knowledge of cloud application technology
- Industry domain expertise in TMT or SI
- Capability to independently leverage AI for workflow optimization and strategic decision-making
- Creativity and comfort running programs independently in a fast-paced environment
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow(s) or CTA/CMA
- Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
