We’re looking for an experienced producer to lead the development of Movavi’s YouTube presence and drive the growth of our channels globally.
This is a strategic producer role: you will not only manage the full video production cycle – from idea to release – but also shape content strategy, test growth hypotheses, and scale successful formats. You’ll have a direct impact on how the brand evolves across markets, creating content that engages and inspires millions of users worldwide.
- Develop content strategies for Movavi’s YouTube channels that are aligned with the company’s business goals
- Oversee the full production cycle: from idea and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing
- Analyze performance metrics (views, retention, conversions) and optimize content based on data
- Collaborate with hosts, scriptwriters, editors, and marketers
- Explore new formats and experiment with video content
- Ensure consistently high content quality
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and analytics
- Proven experience producing successful video content end-to-end
- Skilled in scripting, visuals, and video production processes
- Understanding of YouTube SEO and video promotion principles
- Experience working with creative teams, freelancers, and contractors
- 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
- English proficiency sufficient for working with scripts and international content
- Experience with branded YouTube channels is a plus
