- 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition for mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience independently managing advertising budgets.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, media buying strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to develop effective user acquisition strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- A proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset with a strong desire for continuous professional growth.
- Interest in AI technologies and practical experience applying AI tools in daily workflows.
What you'll do:
- Manage and optimize paid user acquisition channels.
- Develop and execute User Acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Independently launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns.
- Analyze channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop new approaches to scaling.
- Manage large advertising budgets while ensuring efficient user acquisition and strong performance.
- Develop and test new hypotheses, strategies, and approaches to media buying.
- Collaborate with advertising platform representatives and account managers.
- Improve and automate media buying workflows and campaign optimization processes.
