Senior UIPath Developer
We are seeking a talented and proactive Senior UIPath Developer to join our project as a Low Code/No Code Automation Specialist. The primary role is to develop, deploy and maintain automation solutions using UIPath, while also working with non-technical Product Owners to translate their requirements into effective technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop automation solutions with UIPath, leveraging pre-built templates and adhering to a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach for automation script development
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather and interpret technology requirements, ensuring they are translated into effective automation solutions
- Take ownership of the automation process, from design and development to testing and deployment, to drive productivity improvements within the project
- Work as part of the Automation & Productivity squad to share best practices and offer guidance
- Contribute to the development of automation standards and guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Low Code/No Code and automation trends, tools and technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities
Requirements
- 3+ years of strong proficiency in UIPath (as the primary skill) with demonstrable experience in developing and implementing automation solutions using the tool
- Solid understanding of Low Code/No Code principles and capability to use templates effectively to streamline automation development
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, ensuring the quality and reliability of automation scripts
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to design efficient automation solutions
- Passion for automation and a desire to drive innovation within the project
- English level is B2+
