Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can support complex product design work for internal content operations tools. You will help shape end to end experiences, improve legacy workflows, and collaborate closely with product and engineering with substantial daily overlap with US Eastern.

About the Project

The Content Platform covers content distribution and collections workflows across several internal product areas. In this role, you will initially support scoped production work for the Content Delivery and Asset Management team, with potential scope to expand into related content review and collections streams.

About the Team

You will work closely with delivery engineering and stakeholders primarily based in New York. Collaboration is embedded and cross functional, with product, engineering, and design working closely together on data heavy internal tools and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support scoped production design work for the Content Delivery and Asset Management team.
• Create end to end product design deliverables including research input, flows, wireframes, and high fidelity UI.
• Design dense, data heavy interfaces including tables, filters, bulk actions, status and state handling, mapping, and configuration UIs.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering on problems that involve both data models and user interface design.
• Untangle and redesign existing systems by reviewing legacy tools and helping define what to keep, merge, or remove.
• Work within the existing design system and contribute improvements back to it.
• Present work in reviews, incorporate feedback, and communicate questions early to help unblock progress.
• Grow into owning individual workstreams within the Content vertical as you ramp up

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing complex B2B products or internal tools.
• Experience with end to end product design including research input, flows, wireframes, high fidelity UI, and follow through with stakeholders and engineering.
• Experience designing dense, data heavy interfaces.
• Experience with tables, filters, bulk actions, status and state handling, mapping, configuration UIs, and admin or back office tooling.
• Experience redesigning existing systems and working with legacy tools.\nAbility to collaborate closely with product and engineering in an embedded consulting environment.
• Strong Figma skills.
• Experience working within an existing design system and contributing to it.
• Ability to work hours with substantial daily overlap with US Eastern
