About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to manage and support our on-premise IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining high availability, security, and operational stability of local systems. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, security-aware, and comfortable working in a regulated environment (fintech).
Responsibilities
Administration of Windows and Linux servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Services)
Management of virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
Support and maintenance of the on-premise equipment
Backup administration and restore testing
Monitoring system health and availability
Patch management and vulnerability remediation
Managing local integrations with cloud services and migration to AWS
Maintaining technical documentation and runbooks
Participating in BCP/DR testing (including DR site switchovers)
Vendor coordination for on-site hardware and connectivity
Supporting office expansions or relocations
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years experience as System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Engineer
Strong knowledge of:
Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP)
TCP/IP networking fundamentals
VLANs, routing, firewall basics
Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
Experience with backup solutions
Understanding of IT security best practices
Experience in regulated environment is a plus
Good written and spoken English
Nice to Have
AWS experience
Linux administration
Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix / Prometheus / etc.)
ITIL understanding
Scripting skills (PowerShell / Bash)
Experience in fintech or banking sector
