Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and empower clients to work smarter, faster, and better
- Push the boundaries of ServiceNow by leveraging the latest platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
- Guide engineers and developers, foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning, and manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
- Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to understand their needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow architectures
- Architect and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules and build EPAM IP
- Set the standard for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance, ensure quality, security, and performance at every step, and design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
- Support marketing activities such as campaigns and events, organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/SNUGs to share knowledge and achievements
Requirements
- Deep ServiceNow expertise (12+ years) and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) are highly desirable
