Senior SAP FICO Consultant
We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant.

Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and perform gap analysis by assessing current workflows and mapping them to SAP functionalities
- Develop detailed functional specifications and testing strategies, and manage user acceptance testing with business representatives
- Present SAP solution options to the design committee for input and approval
- Supervise the configuration and rollout of SAP FICO modules to ensure successful implementation
- Advise stakeholders on making the most of SAP standard functionalities and reducing reliance on custom solutions
- Create and maintain integrations between SAP and external systems
- Collaborate with SAP developers to deliver custom code when necessary
- Engage in SAP-related projects, including new implementations, system upgrades, enhancements, and application extensions
- Work in partnership with cross-functional and cross-application teams to deliver solutions that fulfill business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related area
- At least 3 years of direct experience configuring SAP FICO modules
- Experience with product costing in repetitive, discrete, and process manufacturing environments
- Thorough understanding of how FICO integrates with SD, MM, and PP modules
- Proven track record in multiple SAP projects, including full-cycle implementations in finance and controlling
- Participation in a minimum of 2 complete SAP implementation cycles
- Ability to evaluate the impact of process and configuration changes across SAP modules
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and documentation
- Ability to support both business and IT objectives
- Adaptable to fast-changing environments and shifting priorities
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural teams
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and SAP implementation methodologies
- Motivation to keep pace with SAP technology developments
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or above

- Experience or education in finance or costing to further strengthen your SAP FICO expertise
