We are seeking a results-driven Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Personalization and Marketing Intelligence.
This role focuses on delivering scalable data-driven solutions to enhance personalized customer experiences and optimize marketing performance.
The position requires availability to work until 6 pm CET (12:00 CST).
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and related platforms
- Ensure system stability, scalability and performance optimization across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to improve data integrity, reduce errors and enhance deliverability metrics
- Design and implement robust data flows, identity resolution processes and segmentation logic
- Troubleshoot and resolve multi-system integration workflows and API-related issues
- Enable advanced customer data activation and analytics strategies
- Optimize processes for customer journey orchestration and personalization initiatives
- Maintain accurate and insightful reports on marketing performance metrics
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or a related role
- Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)
- Competency in Marketing Intelligence and customer data models for identity resolution and segmentation
- Proficiency in SQL, data transformations and relational data design
- Experience working with APIs, data integrations and troubleshooting multi-system workflows
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, or Marketing Cloud Personalization Accredited Professional
- Familiarity with GA4, Big Query, Snowflake, or reverse ETL tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, customer journey orchestration, and personalization strategies
