These are the behaviors and values you'll need for success. In this role you will: Revenue Cloud Configuration: Own the maintenance and enhancement of Salesforce CPQ & Billing. This includes managing Product Bundles, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Quote Templates, and Revenue Recognition rules. Complex Automation: Design and build scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and Advanced Approvals to support dynamic pricing logic and approval hierarchies without relying on custom code. Release Management: Manage the deployment of configuration changes across sandboxes and production environments using DevOps best practices (e.g., GitHub, Prodly etc). System Health & Data Integrity: Monitor the CPQ calculation engine, troubleshoot quote synchronization errors, and ensure data integrity between Salesforce and downstream ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and other integration systems involved (e.g., Mulesoft). User Support & Enablement: Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for complex quoting issues. assist Sales Operations in troubleshooting "stuck" quotes or billing errors. Triage and manage the JIRA issue queue. Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate complex pricing strategies and subscription models into technical requirements.
