We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who will work on key roles across the business — from strong individual contributors to leadership positions. This role is about full ownership of hiring: understanding the market, shaping search strategies, identifying strong candidates, and driving the process to completion.
The role involves a high level of autonomy and close interaction with the business. Hiring managers expect a true partner — someone who understands the market, can form a clear point of view on candidates, and contribute to hiring decisions.
An important part of the role is the quality of assessment. We look beyond formal experience and focus on how candidates think, make decisions, collaborate, and how well they align with our environment. The recruiter is expected to operate at this level and support the business in making well-informed hiring decisions.
Part of the role includes leadership hiring and executive search: Head / Director-level roles, complex searches, and working with candidates who are not actively looking.
