Senior Recruiter

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently manage the full recruitment cycle, from role briefing to candidate onboarding
• Define sourcing strategies and utilize various channels to attract candidates
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates using modern methodologies (competency-based interviews, assessment tools)
• Organize and facilitate assessment centers
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and support them throughout the recruitment process
• Manage expectations of both business stakeholders and candidates, ensuring transparent communication
• Develop and update job profiles in close collaboration with the business
• Participate in employer branding initiatives (career events, communications, external activities)
• Analyze current recruitment processes and drive continuous improvements
• Collaborate with IT on recruitment process automation, define requirements and support implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong command of modern candidate assessment tools, including competency-based interviews and assessment centers
• Experience working with business stakeholders in a consultative capacity
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and the labor market
• Experience in HR process improvement initiatives is an advantage
• Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian and English languages
