Responsibilities
- Design automated test solutions in Python to improve product quality
- Build and maintain reliable automated test suites for critical workflows
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to support fast, safe releases
- Review test coverage and prioritize automation for high-risk areas
- Collaborate with the team to align on quality goals and acceptance criteria
- Analyze test results and isolate defects using logs, Git history, and database checks
- Document test approaches and share best practices to improve consistency
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Python test automation
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines
- 3+ years of experience with Git version control
- 3+ years of experience working with databases
- Senior-level ownership and leadership skills to drive quality practices
- Strong project delivery skills to plan and execute test automation work
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and clients
- English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
