Senior Pre-Sales Analyst

- Engage with government and public sector organizations to identify opportunities
- Leverage your professional network to uncover new entry points
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Confluence for planning and tracking
- Manage crises and resolve project challenges efficiently
- Conduct in-depth industry and analytical research to inform project strategies
- Analyze public sector budgeting and procurement processes
- Set clear tasks and objectives aligned with client value
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate mental flexibility in adapting to changing project requirements
- Identify and articulate client needs and value propositions
- Support the development of proposals and presentations
- Ensure compliance with public sector standards and requirements
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales/production
- Background in working with government and quasi-government organizations
- Strong network for identifying entry points in public sector projects
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Expertise in crisis management and problem resolution
- Strong analytical and industry analysis skills
- Understanding of public sector budgeting and procurement processes
- Capability to set tasks and identify client value
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mental flexibility and adaptability
- English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
- Knowledge of the Kazakh language would be a plus
