We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join our team in Hungary to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge enterprise solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure
Architect integrations with Azure and other cloud services ensuring adherence to company architecture principles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams while delivering high-quality solutions using agile methodologies
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into cohesive solution architecture documents and technical diagrams
Provide strategic technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting excellence in solution delivery
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, particularly for clients within the Financial Services sector
Evaluate and integrate third-party systems and solutions to enhance functionality and streamline user experiences
Contribute to platform strategy evolution, fostering innovation and maintaining stakeholder engagement
Actively participate in the global EPAM solution architect community to share expertise and insights
Requirements
Extensive experience (4+ years) as a Solution Architect with a proven track record in delivering successful projects
Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales and Customer Service, and Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Proficiency in Azure services, particularly in AI capabilities, automation features, and integrations
Background in implementing CI/CD practices and expertise in DevOps tools to support scalable solutions
Advanced understanding of agile methodology and frameworks for efficient project delivery
Experience working in the Financial Services domain, with familiarity in regulatory and operational compliance
Skills in diagramming and creating software architecture documents, including SAD, HLL, LLD, C4, BPMN, and UML
Competency in problem-solving, effective stakeholder communication, and leadership to guide teams toward optimal solutions
English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
