We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner directly with our CTO and Technology Leadership Team during a major transformation of our engineering organization.
This is not a traditional HRBP role. You will act as a strategic advisor and execution partner, helping transform a project-based IT organization into a modern, product-led engineering function. You will shape leadership capability, performance culture, organizational design, and the integration of distributed engineering teams across multiple countries.
This role is intended for native Russian-speaking professionals currently living outside of Russia, preferably in Cyprus, Georgia, Serbia, or another nearby European location with the ability to travel regularly to engineering hubs.
