We are looking for a highly driven
Senior Head of Marketing to lead our growth and brand strategy across Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Central America. This role is critical in shaping how inDrive scales, connects with users, and strengthens its position as a fair and people-first mobility platform.
- Own and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy across the Region, focusing on Passenger Acquisition, Retention, and Brand Growth
- Translate business goals into integrated, full-funnel marketing plans, combining performance, brand, offline channels, and partnerships
- Drive customer-centric growth, deeply understanding user behavior, needs, and regional nuances across markets
- Lead the development of strong local brand positioning, ensuring consistency while allowing for cultural relevance
- Lead efficient allocation and optimization of marketing investments, ensuring measurable impact on key business metrics
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing, matrix-structured team across multiple markets
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders (Product, Operations, Analytics, PR, etc.) to deliver scalable and impactful initiatives
- Continuously improve marketing effectiveness, leveraging experimentation, insights, and innovation
- Mentor and develop senior marketing leaders, fostering a strong leadership bench across the region
- 8+ years in digital consumer marketing, including 4–5 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams, ideally in multicultural and matrix environments
- Strong experience with mobile-first products, preferably in ride-hailing, marketplaces, or high-growth tech companies
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing large-scale marketing strategies with clear business impact
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives
- Hands-on experience managing large marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and efficiency
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
- Fluency in English and Spanish
