As one of the leading ride-hailing companies in the world, inDrive has been redefining mobility since 2013 on our journey to becoming a global superapp. Our Growth Business unit spans a growing portfolio of verticals — Delivery, Groceries, Money, Superapp, Ads — and we’re continuously adding new services and markets.
As Senior Growth Businesses Communication Manager, you will own the communications strategy across all these verticals end-to-end in focus countries and globally. You’ll define the product and internal startup narrative, drive the messaging, and translate complex product and business stories into compelling public communications — acting as a strategic partner to business and product teams.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-product environment and is energised by building something at scale. You’ll work closely with vertical leaders, regional PR teams, and cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, and Business Development, etc.
- Own the full communications strategy for all Growth Businesses verticals: product and business narrative, key messages, campaign focus, and creative direction — with end-to-end accountability for planning, execution, and results.
- Lead public launches of big product updates, new features or launches in new countries: from strategy and messaging to cross-functional alignment and media rollout.
- Build and maintain the multi-vertical narrative — positioning inDrive’s Superapp story in global and local media, integrating inDrive’s purpose-driven messaging as a connecting thread across all verticals.
- Develop thought leadership for vertical leaders: build their public profiles through media placements, conference appearances, and speaking opportunities.
- Create and deliver newsbreaks and PR campaigns: proactive storytelling, creative activations, and cross-channel campaigns that drive coverage and awareness.
- Build and maintain inDrive’s startup narrative — develop success stories and competitive positioning that frame inDrive’s verticals as internal startups;
- Supervise regional PR execution across ~10–15 focus markets: align local teams on global narrative, provide news angles and insights, and manage regional KPIs.
- Act as communications advisor to Growth Business unit teams — consulting on incoming requests and ensuring alignment between comms and business priorities.

- Proven ability to design and own complex, multi-stakeholder communications programmes from strategy to execution
