Senior Fraud & Dispute Analyst

What you’ll own

• Visa and Mastercard disputes and chargebacks. You handle them within acquiring operations, from the first notification to the final outcome.
• The full case lifecycle. You decide what to contest, what to accept, and why.
• Evidence that wins. You collect, review, and prepare supporting documentation that makes the difference.
• Representments. You prepare and submit strong, well-argued chargeback responses.
• Deadlines and compliance. You stay on top of card scheme timelines and rules, so nothing is ever missed.
• Communication. You work directly with merchants and internal teams to get cases resolved.
• Data you can trust. You keep accurate dispute records and reporting, so the team always sees the real picture.
