Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)
About the Position
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to become the technical core of a newly formed development team responsible for the evolution of a large-scale, business-critical wholesale platform for the Australian client.
About the Project
We are developing a global, high-scale platform for managing domain registration, web hosting, and SSL certificates. The platform serves thousands of resellers and hundreds of thousands of businesses worldwide, providing a unified solution for provisioning, billing, and lifecycle management of digital infrastructure services. Working schedule: 08:00–17:00 (UTC+5)
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure in AWS
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform
- Manage and support Kubernetes environments
- Build and maintain monitoring and observability solutions with Prometheus and Grafana
- Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues
- Implement infrastructure and operational best practices
- Collaborate with developers and other technical specialists to improve delivery processes
- Contribute to technical decisions and help evolve the DevOps practices within the project
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS
- Solid experience with Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
- Good understanding of CI/CD practices and tools
- Experience with Linux and scripting
- Understanding of networking, security, and cloud infrastructure concepts
- Experience supporting production environments
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
