Senior DevOps Engineer with Cloud
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Hungary, contributing to the design, implementation, and management of efficient and scalable cloud-based infrastructure. You will play a key role in automation, process improvement, and system reliability while collaborating closely with development and QA teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop automation and processes to enable teams to manage and configure CI/CD pipelines
- Actively engage in suggesting architecture and process improvements, as well as conducting evaluations of tools
- Solve business problems using technology by assessing various technology options and products
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and application-level issues
- Support QA automation engineers with technical testing needs
- Collaborate closely with developers to address and resolve system issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience on Agile projects
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Strong experience in Linux system fundamentals, including filesystems, security and networking
- Background in high availability, high performance, multi-data center systems and hybrid cloud environments
- Scripting experience using Bash, Shell or Python
- Proficiency in Version Control Systems such as Git
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
- Skills in Containerization technologies such as Docker
- Familiarity with Configuration Management tools such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet
- Capability to work with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
- Expertise in Container Orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Artifactory
- Experience with monitoring platforms such as Grafana and Prometheus
- Knowledge of internet security concepts, including PKI, LDAP, RBAC, SSL, HTTPS, TLS, DTLS, etc.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues across system resources and application stack traces
- Good English language skills in speaking, writing and reading (B2 level)
