Senior DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in building, deploying, and managing SaaS offerings on a highly secure, air-gapped private cloud platform.
This role focuses on automated management, orchestration, and monitoring of more than fifteen platforms in production and over twenty across all environments (development, test, and production).
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with IAM/SSO solutions and thrives in production environments where incident handling is part of the daily rhythm.
Responsibilities
- Manage the deployment of SaaS applications and new features across all environments
- Onboard and install new environments
- Conduct usability research and drive optimizations based on customer requirements
- Handle incidents and service requests submitted by customers
- Ensure smooth orchestration and monitoring of platforms in production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain platform reliability and security
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar engineering role
- Proficiency in Linux distributions such as RHEL, Debian, and Ubuntu
- Expertise in GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
- Skills in infrastructure automation with Helm and Helmfile
- Background in private cloud platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of IT security best practices
- Familiarity with Artifactory, GitLab, and HashiCorp Vault
- Understanding of WordPress in a platform context
- Capability to work in production environments and handle incidents effectively
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

- Competency in Ansible and Terraform
- Experience with Keycloak for IAM/SSO
- Skills in ReactJS
- Background in security hardening
